歡迎來到Princess Box。我們非常重視您的隱私權，並承諾嚴格遵守香港特別行政區《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）及相關第三方平台（如 Facebook）的規範。本政策旨在說明我們如何收集、使用、保護及處理您的個人資料。

Welcome to Princess Box. We highly value your privacy and are committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the policies of relevant third-party platforms (such as Facebook). This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal data.

1. 收集的個人資料 (Personal Data We Collect)
當您在我們的網站註冊、下單付款或使用 Facebook 登入時，我們可能會收集以下資料：姓名、電子郵件地址、聯絡電話、送貨地址、付款資訊，以及您公開的 Facebook 個人資料（僅限使用 Facebook 登入之用戶，如姓名與電子郵件）。

When you register, place an order, or log in via Facebook on our website, we may collect the following information: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, payment details, and your public Facebook profile information (only for users logging in via Facebook, such as name and email address).

2. 收集資料的目的 (Purpose of Data Collection)
我們收集您的個人資料將用於以下用途：處理您的訂單與付款、安排物流配送、提供客戶支援與售後服務、處理帳號登入驗證（包含第三方社群登入），以及向您發送與訂單相關的重要通知。

The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes: processing your orders and payments, arranging shipping and delivery, providing customer support and after-sales services, handling account login verification (including third-party social logins), and sending you important notifications related to your orders.

3. Facebook 登入與資料使用 (Facebook Login and Data Usage)
若您選擇使用 Facebook 帳號登入我們的網站，即表示您授權我們從 Meta 接收您的基本公開資訊（如姓名和電子郵件）。這些資料僅用於在我們的網站上為您建立和登入帳戶，我們絕不會未經授權代表您在 Facebook 上發佈任何內容。

If you choose to log in to our website using your Facebook account, you authorize us to receive your basic public profile information (such as name and email) from Meta. This data is strictly used to create and log into your account on our website. We will never post on your behalf on Facebook without your explicit authorization.

4. 用戶資料刪除指示 (User Data Deletion Instructions)
根據 Facebook 的平台規範與隱私權要求，若您曾使用 Facebook 登入本網站，並希望刪除與您帳號相關的個人資料，您可以透過以下兩種方式進行：

方法一：聯絡我們處理
請使用您註冊的電子郵件，發送標題為「請求刪除個人資料」的信件至我們的客服信箱：[email protected]。我們會在收到請求後的 7 個工作天內，為您刪除帳號及相關個人資料，並透過電子郵件向您確認。

方法二：透過 Facebook 自行移除權限

登入您的 Facebook 帳號。

點擊右上角的個人頭像，選擇「設定和隱私」>「設定」。

在左側選單中點擊「應用程式和網站」。

找到 Princessbox，點擊旁邊的「移除」按鈕。這將切斷本網站與您 Facebook 帳號的連結，並向我們發送刪除資料的回調請求（Callback）。

According to Facebook’s Platform Rules and privacy requirements, if you have logged in to our website using Facebook and wish to delete your personal data associated with your account, you can do so through the following two methods:

Method 1: Contact us for deletion
Please send an email with the subject “Request for Personal Data Deletion” to our customer service email at [email protected] using your registered email address. We will delete your account and related personal data within 7 working days upon receiving your request and confirm with you via email.

Method 2: Remove access via Facebook

Log in to your Facebook account.

Click your profile picture in the top right corner, select “Settings & Privacy” > “Settings”.

Click on “Apps and Websites” in the left menu.

Find Princessbox and click the “Remove” button next to it. This will sever the connection between our website and your Facebook account and send a data deletion callback to us.

5. 資料保護與分享 (Data Protection and Sharing)
我們承諾妥善保管您的個人資料，並採取合理的加密與安全技術來防止資料遺失或外洩。我們絕不會將您的個人資料出售給第三方。您的資料僅會在必要時分享給協助處理訂單的合作夥伴（如物流公司、第三方支付網關）。

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and employ reasonable encryption and security technologies to prevent data loss or leakage. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data will only be shared with partners assisting in order fulfillment (such as courier companies and third-party payment gateways) when necessary.

6. 查閱及更正資料權利 (Right of Access and Correction)
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，您有權查閱及更正我們所持有的您的個人資料。如需行使此權利，請隨時登入您的會員帳號進行修改，或聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊協助。

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. To exercise this right, please log in to your member account to make updates at any time, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
